Red Palm oil is rich in natural Vitamins A & E and water soluble Antioxidants. It is highly used in cooking in tropical all over Africa, parts of Afro Caribbean, Latin America and Southeast Asia and used widely in commercial foods and other natural products. It is a healthier alternative to vegetable oil in cooking.
